Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened or used items cannot be returned, including:
  * Perfumes
  * Cosmetics & Makeup
  * Personal Care Products
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

How to return
  * Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  * Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  * Follow our instructions to safely return the product.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after inspection. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are available for items in stock and shipped after we receive your returned product.

Important notes
Keep your return tracking number until the return is completed.
Saleem Store Trading reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
